The experience was very favorable. The environment and staff were positive and inviting.
The staff is so friendly, knowledgable, passionate, professional. The massage dental chairs are the best! Facility is eco friendly and extremely clean. Flexible scheduling. No wait times. Very convenient location near metro.

I already express the upfront client appointment, took 3-4 phone calls to do something simple. Set up appointment, I would have stopped at 2nd phone call since it was frustrating that two different people couldn't secure my coverage and I'd for MetLife, what benefits I had and even time, they never followed up with an email on confirmation till five hours before my meeting. When I got there the hygienist didn't explain that I had to pay again for visit, she said its free but I ended up prepay bill for crown, I come back next... read more

The entire staff was so friendly. Your communication is outstanding. The office layout, design, materials, etc. was so thoughtfully chosen that it made a dental visit extremely enjoyable and relaxing.
