Verified Renter I have lived here for 3 years now and the with all the new changes to the property such as the pool and area was re-don which is very nice and the walk way around the man made lake is also awesome . I think the only negative is the price for the size of and look of my apartment wish it could be updated. Counter tops , stove , and fridge Mayb adding a washer dryer combo would be awesome !!
Verified Renter This apartment came right on time for me! The office staff is very helpful and have always answered all my questions. I’ve had to put in work orders for maintenance, they came fast, even called me while I was at work to make sure it was ok to enter, and then fixed the problem fast! Very nice! It’s a beautiful community with nice people. It’s a great thing to feel comfortable and safe! A great place to live with a reasonable rent too!

Verified Renter My experience has been beyond amazing. I wish we had an elevator to help with large items. But it makes for great cardio. ;) Maintenance and staff are attentive, friendly, and involved. We’re a community!

Also I love how the complex is updating the amenities here giving the apartment a now more glamorous look to it, and just to throw in there that maintenance is doing a wonderful job with service calls
Verified Renter We have lived here four years and overall it’s a nice place to live. The staff is generally friendly and seems eager to help. Rent has increased over $350/month in the time we have lived here but everything has gone up. We live in the back of the complex and there is a definite problem with the animals getting into the valet trash. I don’t use valet trash for this reason but the service is nice to have. We will probably renew our lease again when the time comes.
Verified Renter Nice place to live. Always see deer walking behind my building. Staff is generally kind and work with you on things. Could be better about removing broken glass from the grass areas. Plenty of upgrades being done.
