Affordable Living with Major Maintenance Issues I've been living in this apartment complex since February 2024, and there are several aspects I enjoy. The pool is a great place to relax, and the quaint pond, home to some charming turtles, adds a lovely touch to the environment. Verified Renter It's a nice area and conveniently located. There isn't a shortage of parking or amenities. The staff is nice and willing to answer questions and make accommodations.

Verified Renter I have lived here for 3 years now and the with all the new changes to the property such as the pool and area was re-don which is very nice and the walk way around the man made lake is also awesome . I think the only negative is the price for the size of and look of my apartment wish it could be updated. Counter tops , stove , and fridge Mayb adding a washer dryer combo would be awesome !!
