Verified Renter I’ve lived here since February 2024 and enjoy the pool, quaint pond with turtles, and convenient location. However, the apartment has many issues. The doors look kicked in, the AC is inconsistent, and maintenance is unreliable, often requiring multiple work orders. Many things were just painted over instead of properly fixed—tubs weren’t resurfaced, doors were poorly reattached, and there’s mold on window seals and under sinks. Verified Renter It’s not terrible but there are always a lot of roaches. And a lot of things in the apartment are older and need to be replaced and not just “updated” by painting over it.
Verified Renter Great staff and quick to act maintenance team. Grounds do have broken glass everywhere including where the dogs poo bins are located. Bark parks could both benefit from artificial turf over the mulch.

Verified Renter I love the community. The leasing office is very friendly and so are my Neibors. It’s also very quiet at night I don’t have to worry about the notices in the middle of the night.
