Verified Renter The overall atmosphere of the complex is great. There are a lot of things that need to be fixed by maintenance but the requested do always get fixed in a timely manner. And the office staff is kind and accommodating
Verified Renter My experience with Brookside has been well, occasional issues arise with parking, and heavy issues with internet outages that seem to occur with the office is closed, so during those times no internet, but otherwise okay.
Verified Renter It is nice living here! i love the community and how accessible is the environment It is also safe and free access to the gym, grill area and the trail if I may say! A lot of perks living here it is nearby to buy out needs we can actually walk going to food lion, walmart and even aldi! The leasing officers are always willing to help and there are police officers guarding the area so all and all it is very a good choice to be here!

Verified Renter Me and my daughter moved in a month ago. Absolutely love it here!! I had been looking for a place and was overwhelmed and stressed. I stopped in one day passing by. Thought I’ll just check. I walked in the office doors and was greeted by Natalie . She was so helpful and patient with me. She took me around the property and answered every question I had and questions that I didn’t.?? I wasn’t planning on any of that but I’m so glad she took the extra time to ease my mind. Verified Renter It's getting much better under the new management and I love the location. I would recommend if someone was to ask. I wish the gym was open 24 hours
Verified Renter Wish amenities were better: Valet trash is charged automatically but they don’t actually come like they’re supposed to (reliably). One week, they didn’t come at all and it wasn’t a holiday or anything.
Verified Renter Nice place just wish it was slightly cleaner. Everyone is very friendly but dont pick up after their animals. Spacious bedrooms and I can not wait to try the amenities
