Verified Renter Love this neighborhood! The residents, staff, and maintenance team are all amazing. The renovations they have done have been great and I look forward to see what they have in store for the playground area!
Verified Renter This is a peaceful place to live. The community is quiet and everyone are in it’s business. Nobody bother you or your family . Areas in common are well maintained. You can breathe peacefully
Verified Renter The buildings are old and need a lot of preventative maintenance. The staff tries to fix/ get to it as fast as they can but sometimes the repairs take longer than expected. Overall it is an ok place to live but it needs a lot of updating.
Verified Renter Wi-Fi is awful but because they are under contract from there last management, so I’m hoping that gets better. Maintenance has been AMAZING! Couldn’t say this enough. New management seems to be turning the place around. Can’t get enough of the lake view and beautiful pool/club house.

Verified Renter We have been here about four years and aside from slow maintenance, it has been very pleasant experience! We have never had an issue with crime and feel very safe at night. Expect to hear your neighbors. I would recommend to a friend.

Verified Renter Always helpful when going in the office! Great staff! The property looks amazing since the new management. Keep up the great work. Had some parking issues as well but, they quickly resolved the issue.
