Verified Renter My apartment is near the community pool and I like how my balcony has a nice view also the pool is not very crowded so we do not have a lot of noise coming in- i’m very pleased here.

Verified Renter It’s a good neighborhood and save place to live. My son and I like so much the pool and the gym. The service works and there is enough space to walking.

Verified Renter I've been here almost 6 months now and the experience has been great. Staff very helpful. Noise in my building very minimal. The only thing I wish we had is a place to have packages delivered. Maybe this is something that can be added.

Verified Renter Everything has been great at brookside community. The staff and neighbors are amazing. It’s a great place to reside. My family moved from Pennsylvania and everyone including my teenagers are so happy that we choose this community. Everything is so close , restaurant’s and there are plenty of fun things to do as well.

Verified Renter Great community. Friendly staff. The amenities are great and being improved. Plenty of trash areas so no overflowing piles of pest magnets. Could be faster to responding to maintenance requests and not try to fix clearly broken things prior to exchanging them.

Verified Renter I’ve been here a little over a year. Had new owners take over just a little bit after we moved in. It’s a little pricey, but I feel safe here and I really enjoy the pool area. The new owners have been putting a lot of work into here ever since they took over and continue too
