Verified Renter Love living here, great staff and beautiful property. I have been here four years and it just keeps getting better! Loving the new ground work they are doing and I’m excited to see what they do with the park area.

not a good place for overnight workers this complex is loud with their construction, there are times where they wouldn’t even give us a heads up for it. i worked nights, my partners worked overnight shifts, we got really tired of how loud the complex was. unrelated to noise, the complex doesn’t handle complaints well. they aren’t very good at communicating any rent issues, and their pay log on the website was often not labeled correctly, leading to a lot of confusion. if you’re in a crunch for a place, this complex is alrigh... read more

How things have changed Since new managers took over they have actually cleaned up landscaping, pressure washed buildings, and begin responding to repairs. Not perfect, just good value and getting better every day

not recommend, save your money I have had a pretty bad experience with the Cove at Matthews. I would like to say that it is very seldom that I actually complain. When I moved in and I was expecting that apartment will be ready to live in, but that was just a beginning of all problems. Dirty, smelly and wet carpet in all rooms, I spent a week and a lot of time to dry it. I got a wrong key for mailbox, I went to the office and they told me that the maintenance staff will answered my call quickly, but they still didn’t respond…... read more

Caring Team! So, this property has been owned by a lot of people and wasn’t the safest place a couple of years ago. Now there is a staff who really cares about the residents here and listens to all of my concerns. Matthews police patrols every night for safety. They’re really shaping up the grounds and making it a better place to live. Plus rent is super cheap

Absolutely lousy service!!! So I am at my apartment and we have pressure washing coming which was supposed to be Wednesday through Friday, fast forward today is Monday and the entryway is now complete however the balcony still is not. So I go to the office and I am asked to leave because the manager did not like the tone of voice asking him how much longer are we going to have to put up with this inconvenience of having our all of our stuff now in our home instead of on the patio. Things are not what they seem The customer service sucks! Management is sweet and attentive until you actually move in. They do not complete repairs! I’ve put in a work order, four days later I get an email stating that the work was completed, when in fact it had not been. Management does not respond to emails in a timely fashion or ever. They have shut the water off in the apartment complex twice notifying people 2-3 hours after the fact (Major Inconvenience). Management does not care about customer satisfaction The first time I had an issue, they told me to email one of the managers, to which I did not get a response (yes I checked the spam folder), second time I had an issue, the said simply said that I signed the lease and there was nothing to be done. Now the internet has been out for two weeks, and like the valet trash they took away 3 months ago, who knows if its ever coming back.

Great customer service! I've been living here for about 6 months now, and have had a great experience. The new management company is working hard to make the property a nice place to live. The leasing agents and managers are all very kind and willing to help. My apartment is much more upgraded than at the last property I rented from. I love the patio and especially the pool area. The upgraded fitness center is great as well!
