I visited your emergency room spring 2017, and I am still sorting out my billing. I cut a check for about 1700 dollars for my deductible to your hospital billing department. little did I know, your wacky institution has THREE billing departments, and none of them talk to each other. While their Joint and Spine center is excellent and they provide overall good health care, they need to fix their billing department. Too many errors in coding and billing that NEVER happened with my PCP before he joined The Christ Hospital!

Patient care extends from the doctors to the front office. My experience as a patient with Christ for the past two years has been anything but good as they've lost my patient records, charged me for late fees whilst not notifying me that the office location had changed, and the list goes on. This hospital is amazing! They treated my significant other like he was the most important patient there. They ALWAYS made sure that I was comfortable and were so kind to me as well. This hospital showed such kindness that I changed my decision from working at UC as a dream job to Christ! Tomorrow will be my first day as an employee at The Christ Hospital! They make dreams come true!
