RecommendedChrist hospital took good care of me but after surgery I had complications with the reverse anesthesia. Everything turned out well but they literally left my husband in the surgery waiting room from 730 am until they closed. He saw the lady that was at the desk in the waiting room getting ready to leave so he asked what was going on with me. The persons who take phone calls, do not care at all about patients. Very arrogant with the attitude of we-dont-need-your business.
Dr Jennifer Manders and her surgical team have always taken great care with me. Had a complete mastectomy- and been under the care of Christ hospital for now 9 years. I no longer live in Cincinnati but I travel 2.5 hours to my annual appointments!
horrible communication..lack of empathy and diversity traininf. i called the patient relations dept spw Dana about my concerns and grievances. She sounded like she could careless what i was talking about..And still no wordfrom floor 6 manager..
I visited your emergency room spring 2017, and I am still sorting out my billing. I cut a check for about 1700 dollars for my deductible to your hospital billing department. little did I know, your wacky institution has THREE billing departments, and none of them talk to each other. A year and a few months later, I start getting collections calls for a 173 dollar bill for that visit. I cann hospital billing, they say I owe nothing and that I should talk to physicians billing. While their Joint and Spine center is excellent and they provide overall good health care, they need to fix their billing department. Too many errors in coding and billing that NEVER happened with my PCP before he joined The Christ Hospital!
