I contacted the Patient & Guest Services about an issue with a Physician and a APRN at the same practice. It was like talking to a wall. Why have the service?
Deeply disappointed that my wife and I do the research to find an in-network endocrinologist at Christ and then afterwards get charged by a third party for reading the lab work. This third party is not considered in-network with our insurance. So now we have an outstanding bill with a group we did not even select or vet. I'm disappointed that Christ does not have an agreement in place with this group to prevent such an unexpected surprise. This has not happened to either of us with our blood work at TriHealth.
RecommendedWe were at Christ for cardiac Cath and TEE. What a great experience. Staff went out of their way to take care of my husband. The staff in pre and post op was great . The Cath lab staff also good. The staff made sure I was kept informed and comfortable. I would recommend Christ Hospital to anyone.
Christ hospital OB office in Anderson is awful. Doesn’t care about your needs and refuses to see you when in need. Always just tells you to go to the ER, even if you already went. Not personable at all.

RecommendedMy husband has had bilateral hip replacements. His stay at the Joint and Spine Center was stellar both times. Dr. Kim is, in my book, the best orthopedic doctor I’ve ever encountered. He has the best personality. During my husbands most recent stay at the Joint and Spine Center, we had a nurse named Kelley. She was working on the 4th floor on 12/26, and 12/27 while he stayed.
