On these sites you only see the good! Must be filtered. My husband had a horrible experience at the Joint and Spine Center. Dr. Lim was his surgeon. He had a knee replacement that got infected. Went to the office and they said nothing was wrong. I even called and questioned results from his My Chart. In fact Dr. Lim said see you in a year. One month later he was diagnosed with infection and had to have the replacement out for 12 weeks and IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. FABULOUS HOSPITAL!! I was just released from the Christ Hospital Joint and Spine Center after knee replacement surgery. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my overnight stay. The staff were all the most caring, dedicated and courteous I’ve ever experienced. They were there the moment I buzzed. I know they were extremely busy but you’d never know it when they entered the room. You can order room service anytime between 6:30 AM- 9:00 PM and it is very good. it's pretty sad that with mental health being so important that a hospital doesn't even care enough to have a in service number listed on their website that's correct anymore. the one listed is an old number that is no longer service. so you have to dig a little to find someone who can connect you. it's small little resources like that should be always updated an monitored. .

Security guards were rude and hateful. Wheeled in my mother in law after getting her out of the car with NO assistance. I believe his name was Johnson. He smarted off to everybody in line and even made a woman who was struggling to stand stand up so she wouldn’t “lose her place in line.” Nope. Not on my watch.
My experience at The Christ Hospital Surgery Center was wonderful! Everyone was kind and friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my time there.
