Why would you send my deceased Mother a survey on her stay 4 months after her death? Receiving it in mail has just upset my Father. Not the mention the fact that her cell phone was lost somehow during her stay and no one can seem to locate her phone. I used to recommend TCH to everyone....not so much anymore! Very disappointing!
RecommendedI delivered 2/3 of my children here. & my two births here were amazing. All staff was sweet and caring. But the nurse who had to deal with me as I gave birth naturally she was a true hero. She was a big support and encouraged me through. I couldn’t have picked a better hospital to deliver my babies at. My oldest who didn’t get delivered here I felt robbed of my birthing experience I felt high like they gave me too much drugs with my second they gave me a light epidural I’d say I was numb but I could tell when to push. I was 9 months pregnant and my water broke at home, when we arrived at the hospital I was not triaged. I was directly admitted. The nurse does all the computer stuff, I get an iv and labs then she checks cervical dilation. She called me a loose 6 but stated my water had not fully broken per her exam. She called the midwife, the midwife informed her that she was at another facility delivering a baby. The MD did not want to come in so I had to wait for the midwife to finish. Sh...Continue Reading

Employees work on commission and bill you for appointments they were not prepared for and require a 2nd appointment for the same thing and charge you for both.

At Diabetes department They planned to have a translator for me, but the first time they forgot. And I had to go again. It was their fault that they had made two charges. They can't unprepared for patients. Results My Diabetes Lie Diagnosis
Excellent medical care! The nurses and staff were very attentive and genuine, not to mention efficient as well. Outstanding surgeons and anesthesiologists. I have never felt so comfortable and well taken care of before, after and throughout my entire stay during surgery. Beyond grateful! I sincerely thank the nurses in care, Justine & Lauren and The Christ Hospital!
Just had surgery at Christ Hospital downtown. I was so nervous and my anxiety was high. But I just wanted to say that I had such wonderful nurses before and after surgery as well as a wonderful anesthesiologist. My doctor was great too! Thanks for a providing laughs and taking such good care of me.
excellent Oncology dept. A direct aggressive approach with now cutting edge medicine and technology. Cancer is now a very manageable diagnosis if caught in time. you can trust Christ hospital when my life was on the line I was 100% all in and we came out on top. They vested in me and I've not let them down I've fought as hard as they have tried and we will continue to defeat Cancer.
