I just received a bill from EIGHT years ago for my daughters birth..which we had paid in full. Due to bad accounting by Christ Hospital they want their $$ and I refuse to pay this. I have wasted too much time trying to resolve an issue that was never my problem to begin with. Someone needs to take responsibility for their mistake.

At the Ft Mitchell Physicians office, the staff should be calling patients when a Dr is running 45 minutes behind BUT, I suppose that would be interfering with their social time. Several times this has happened. You can’t expect an 84 year old to sit that long. Makes me appreciate UC Physicians even more

I waited for over 2 hours to talk to Dr before my husbands procedure. I was just informed that because he was not being sedated the Dr would talk to me after. Really. Is this standard procedure?
My husband has been sick for 2 months. They're telling us that he has non- alcoholic fatty liver disease, which can become serious if left untreated. He has seen a ridiculous amount of doctors, and nobody seems to care that he's in so much pain that sometimes he can't talk. We decided to take him to The Christ Hospital ER last night in the hopes that they would do something that St. Elizabeth wouldn't, but they did absolutely nothing. RecommendedGreat Drs.... depends on what section of the hospital depends on consistency... there is a disconnect between staff. So the sad part is what are u willing to sacrifice. Clean rooms and excellent care or ok care and not clean room. Kept hearing staff complaints of no ppl long hours and that probably shouldn’t be discussed in-front of patient or visiting parties
RecommendedI want to give a shout out to the whole SICU team that took care of my mother in her final days this week. I am sure that I am leaving out caregivers. They treated her with dignity and love and made sure that she left us in peace. They talked with the family and allowed us to share moments of Mom’s life with them. DO NO BRING LOVED ONES HERE. This place is an absolute disgrace to the word health. My dad has been treated like a dog here and we will be lucky if he is not permanently disabled from mistreatment.
