Your billing system is the absolute worst set up. I would highly recommend that people do not even step foot in your hospital because they will be haunted by the cluster that is your billing system. I have been trying for months to give you money and you constantly make it more difficult to make it happen. If you are looking for any procedures to be done or need anything, I highly recommend you run as far away as possible from Christ Hospital.

Christ Hospital is the absolute worst. My father is a disabled patient at the Joint and spine center who has frequent appointments and physical therapy. There never is any parking and they charge a $5 valet fee right in front of an area where they know there will be disabled people arriving for their appointments who will need their loved ones help to get them to where they need to go. I went to see Dr. Rika Patel, Endocrinologist at Christ Hospital. I am a Diabetic living on high doses of insulin daily. Dr Patel is nothing but a MURDERER? KILLER. She prescribed 175 units of Humulin RU 500 3 times a day plus sliding scale on November 28, 2018. She was fully aware that I only use Flex Pens, not vials due to my disability and was fully aware that she needed to get all of this pre authorized by my insurance. RecommendedI went in for hip replacement surgery on November 26, 2018. The care I received at this hospital was first rate. The staff was very knowledgeable and their bedside manner was excellent. When I had questions an if they did not have the answer, they went out and sought answers. They treated me very well and I highly recommend if you have medical needs that require hospital care, this would be my first choice. A special thank you to the staff at Liberty for helping me out!,!!!
Traumatic, aggressive, horrible experience with Dr Schuckman today. Don’t see him!
