The Christ Hospitals new billing system is a joke! I have been trying to make a payment for a month, and am being told they are no longer mailing out monthly statements that show the amount owed, where to send payments to, or showing current balances owed. There is no mailing address to send payment to on the "statement", only an address in Alabama where I am told is where the statements now come from. RecommendedDr. Mark Robinson’s office is amazing!!! They sent me a card while I was in the hospital. So sweet!!! I also love the ER staff, hospitalists and pulmonologist!!!! The L and D staff is also amazing! I choose Christ for all of my healthcare needs!!!
RecommendedI was in Christ Hospital a couple times I had the best nurses anyone could ask for. I had one nurse that was supposed to be on the fourth floor and asked to work on the fifth floor so she could take good care of me. I'm a difficult person to deal with at times. I always wanted to go back and give them a special thanks but I never made it back in that area.
RecommendedExceptional Hospital with great staff and doctors and nurses. They took really good care of me while I was there and made sure I was comfortable. My nurses were also awesome!
RecommendedMy cancer doctors are knowledgeable and have been practicing for many years. They also are personable. Everyone (receptionist, nurses etc. has been nice 90-95% of the time. They take their time and listen to me.
