What a terrible experience at Ft. Wright’s Urgent Care! I visited this urgent care facility with my mom last week when she broke out in hives. Upon her discharge, she was specifically instructed to return to urgent care if hives were to break out again and to not go to her primary care physician. She broke out in hives again today so we rushed her to the same facility. I have had several medical conditions taken care of at Christ Hospital. I had a cardiac ablation and a child there 21 years ago. I then had several orthopedic surgeries there over the past eight years. From 21 years ago until now, the care I received was excellent! I wish I could give them ten stars because five just isn’t enough! What type of hospital calls a cancer patient and asks them if they want to prepay for their procedure in order to save 10% - how degrading and greedy can you be? You have now idea how these types of patients are feeling and to have the audacity to offer a "discount" to prepay is the lowest form of low greed I have ever experienced in my life!
