Patient care extends from the doctors to the front office. My experience as a patient with Christ for the past two years has been anything but good as they've lost my patient records, charged me for late fees whilst not notifying me that the office location had changed, and the list goes on. RecommendedThis hospital is amazing! They treated my significant other like he was the most important patient there. They ALWAYS made sure that I was comfortable and were so kind to me as well. This hospital showed such kindness that I changed my decision from working at UC as a dream job to Christ! Tomorrow will be my first day as an employee at The Christ Hospital! What a terrible experience at Ft. Wright’s Urgent Care! I visited this urgent care facility with my mom last week when she broke out in hives. Upon her discharge, she was specifically instructed to return to urgent care if hives were to break out again and to not go to her primary care physician. She broke out in hives again today so we rushed her to the same facility. I have had several medical conditions taken care of at Christ Hospital. I had a cardiac ablation and a child there 21 years ago. I then had several orthopedic surgeries there over the past eight years. From 21 years ago until now, the care I received was excellent! I wish I could give them ten stars because five just isn’t enough!
