What type of hospital calls a cancer patient and asks them if they want to prepay for their procedure in order to save 10% - how degrading and greedy can you be? You have now idea how these types of patients are feeling and to have the audacity to offer a "discount" to prepay is the lowest form of low greed I have ever experienced in my life!
