My niece has been at Boston Children's for almost three weeks. I have been visiting from MN for the past week. I can honestly say, this has been the best experience I have ever had with any hospital! Every single person is so kind and caring. And everyone is dedicated to caring for kids and healing kids. They aren't just in it for the money or for some kind of glory. They genuinely care. My 4 yr old son recently had a PDA closure, I am so thankful for the team in the Cath lab. You are all amazing all the doctors and nurses. We are all so grateful for everything. Karen our nurse, Thank u for being so awesome with cole. You are an amazing nurse, awesome at what you do.. Our first experience with Boston Children's Hospital was an amazing one.. thank you All!!
The women and men of 10 NW were so good to me. They treated me with such kindness and respect. They heard my every need and reassured my family and fiancé when they were concerned about something. Yes I am older (24) but I was the first transgender patient to undergo gender reassignment at BCH. The hospital and staff have been trained so wonderfully on transgender care and support. So blessed to have had my surgery here. My results are beyond amazing and my surgeons are all amazing!!

I am beyond angry at the way the growth and nutrition department runs itself. I’ve called several times and sent emails with no response. I physically went into the office to only be rejected for making an appointment and again be told I needed to wait for a call back. You are Boston Children’s Hospital dealing with SICK children how is this ok to not call people back???? I do NOT care how understaffed you are NO ONE should be given the runaround like this while waiting for an appointment. My son doesn’t eat he doesn’t grow ... read more
My daughter was rushed there 2 yrs ago on Christmas and they saved her life. The hospital is the best in the world. All they do for kids and how the doctors and nurses interact is amazing. Anytime I need answers for my daughter they are a phone call away. Recently they have seen my son as well for a different issue and I have to say every department there must be trained the same. They are all amazing people and strive to be the best. Thank you Boston Childrens for making it a little easier knowing your there!!
I hope that we never have to go back, but feel so blessed that we had such an incredible facility so close to us when my son needed medical attention after being bit in the face by a dog close to his eye. He ultimately needed surgery to repair things. The staff and everything was incredible! I wish I had gotten the name of the nurse who gave my son the stethoscope right off her neck to KEEP!! He is almost 3 and loves giving check ups to everyone who will let him. It meant SO much to him to get to be just like the REAL doctor... read more
