Hospital was amazing with my daughter shawna as usual, as they have bern for 13 years now! Thanks children's hospital! You are all amazing! Drs, nurses and everyone in between.
Worst hospital experience - all of my daughter's rights as a patient were violated. We were transported to Children's for an "observation admission" from another hospital after being diagnosed and treated. We spent 6 hours in their ER while they quite literally went on a fishing expedition. Terrible experience!!! Will opt for MGH pediatrics if care is needed from now on!
Great 1st experience at BCH yesterday. Visited the Vascular Anomoly Center with our son. Staff was kind, informative, and made us feel at ease. SO impressed with the level of care and professionalism. We left there feeling "taken care of" and hopeful for our future visits.
Great experience, couldn't have gone better! Doctors,nurses, medical assistants spoke directly with my 17 yo daughter; empowering her with knowledge and ability to make dicissions for herself! Everyone really took the time needed with her and were very friendly , putting her at ease! Everywhere we went in the hospital, everyone we came across were friendly and courteous!
BCH is the best. The best doctors, the best nurses, the best staff, the best humans who truly care about you and your child's health.
