Best surgeons in the world. Staff, nurses, OR, docs, everyone makes you feel welcome. Your child is never a burden here or treated as such because they are a child. They make sure the child knows exactly what is going on and that their opinion matters too. Wouldn't take my children anywhere else for specialty care.
We have been taking our daughter to hospitals all over the country since she was three days old. (My husband is active duty Air Force, so we move a lot.) I have never, ever experienced anything like what we experienced today. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Your hospital is different from all the others. Every person we encountered from the moment we walked in your doors made her (and me) feel like everything was going to be ok and she was in the best hands, and I believe that's the truth! What an amazing place with a great team from doctors, nurses and other healthcare team members. But the care team at Boston Children's Hospital includes all of the members of the staff - clerical staff, housekeeping, security, food service - EVERYONE cares and demonstrates genuine care. What a blessing when families are often facing challenges that seem impossible to overcome.
I went to Boston Children's Hospital.. Just to acompany my daugther for her two kids checkup. While waiting,a staff came to have some fun to few kids at the table for some colouring & the kids love@ enjoyed it! I enjoyed it too� 'Boston Children's Hospital is one of best in world' I love it!!.
