I cannot begin to say good things about this hospital. I have never experience a hospital like this everyone you coming contact with is nice. my seven day old grandson had to have heart surgery it was a very long surgery they took him at 7:30 AM and we finally saw the surgeon at 3:45 meanwhile in that time. I felt comfortable.. The doctors and nurses are the most caring and loving people..thank you for everything you are doing for my grandson!!! Thank you for everything you do for every other child!! God bless you all.
Decided to take our 2 month old here for a golf ball size lump on his neck. It took 4 unnecessary days of being there and us suggesting to the doctors what to do next before they determined what was wrong. What should have been a 2 day stay turned into 6. Very disappointing for what should be an excellent place. Only positive thing was that the nursing staff is phenomenal.
The most compassionate and empathetic people that are willing to go the extra mile for each kid.
You guy save my life when I was 6 years old when I had cancer and it even though I domt remember much of that now cuz I’m 28 I’m still happy you save me

My Baby who is now 26 had MoyaMoya at 14 and had brain surgery on both sides, we live in Pensacola Fl, I thank God that we were flown to be with Dr. SCOTT, what a Blessing Boston Children's Hospital and ALL the staff were to my Baby....
Had the worst experience in the ER of Boston children. Had taken my son there for vomiting and had to deal with the most passive aggressive nurse there was and unfortunately we had to leave before his treatment was completed because of her.
So grateful for everything these amazing people do! Absolutely the best of the best. My family is ever so grateful for you all. Especially Emerson
I'm very upset & surprised how myself & family was treated at my son orthopedic appointment. His appointment was for 11: 45 @ 12 noon ask what's going on was told really couldn't complaint tell 12: 15 this went on until 1: 00pm till I just made new appointment and left. NOT ACCEPTABLE
