*Review for scheduling department only* Was a nightmare to get my daughter scheduled for a pulmonology appointment only for them to call me back a week before the appointment telling me the dr won’t be available during that time, that they never know what the drs. Schedules are.... try to reschedule with the lady giving me a date the same week, i say fine I’ll take it. She puts me on hold for about 3 min. Horrible! You're scheduling department for the neuromuscular program is absolutely horrendous. We waited weeks for an appointment on Monday for my 4 year old who desperately needs to be seen. I was called last week and told it needed a prior authorization so I had to reschedule. I have been calling since last week to Shawnee, the neurology coordinator with no return call. I called and asked for her supervisor with no call back. I called the neurology department and was told they couldn't help me and to talk with Shawnee. I h... read more

Dr Whittemore's Physician's Assistant Brian was amazing with my special needs daughter Josie on July 3rd at the Stetson Building in Weymouth. She had her ears cleaned and she was completely calm. Thanks for making what might have been a stressful appointment a breeze!
Our son has special needs and is non verbal...we went in to Children’s hospital in Waltham on Tuesday to have 9 teeth removed. Dr.Padwa and her team were amazing...They were so caring, understanding and respectful of our son. Sarah ( I wish I could remember what her title is) created an amazing social story and schedule for us to share with him which alleviated his anxiety and helped him understand what to expect. It was brilliant...our son checked off each part as we went along...it made him feel as though he was in control... read more
Just amazing! I’ve never seen so many caring and kind people under one roof. Valet, admission, security, nurses, doctors, all top notch!
We travel from Alabama for cleft care. We love Dr. Mulliken and are so thankful for his surgical talents. The care that my daughter has received from nurses, anesthesia, etc has always been top notch.
They are awesome !!! Doctors, nurses, staff!
