RecommendedI’ve personally had good experiences with my kids there. But recently went to the ER with my friends kid who’s in a immense amount of pain. We were there for hours and still no answer to his pain. Got referred to another department who’s also not taking this seriously. I find it hard to believe that the number one hospital can’t be more helpful or more concerned for this child. Who STILL is in such pain he can’t walk 😡

We were very nervous coming here for the first time and from the information desk, to radiology staff, scheduling staff, doctors, nurses, cleaners...everyone made us feel at home and did everything in their power to make our experience a good one. RecommendedThe best and most comprehensive care! We have experience with the Genetic, Cardiology, Orthopedic and Occupational Therapy departments. The staff in all of these departments have been so nice and extremely helpful. BCH staff does a great job of making the parents life easier during difficult times. the small things like calling over to other departments for scheduling or information instead of giving the parents another thing to remember or worry about, they do it all!! RecommendedI highly recommend all of the doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital. we have been coming to Children's for 15 years. my daughter is here today because of Children's Hospital. However something must be done about the valet. My van has been completely destroyed by the valet at Children's Hospital. This is been going on for years. This is the second van that's been damaged. No matter how much I complain and no matter who I complain to nothing is ever done to repair my van. I'm told the video didn't show the damage it showed... read more
