Never and I mean never rent from this company. My fault for not looking at the BBB reviews before I rented from them. Funny thing is, their **************** will tell you the bad reviews are from people who didn't pay their rent.....Wrong, the bad reviews are because the company as a whole is so disorganized. Tricon is con they want a lot of money for nothing.All the coordinators and superintendents are full of it.My first time renting and last.They suck!!!!You get a lot of running around but the minimum is being done.

Most inflexible and frustrating company to ever work with. We sent several emails and voicemails for ***** the rep to call us to help my client understand why they were denied on a rental application. After 3 days and multiple emails and voicemail snaps finally a call to realtor agent she returns our call. We asked to understand why if my clients were able to pay up front a premium and 12 mos in full up front that they would still be denied. Everyone we have worked with from the leasing application through move-in and maintenance has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. *******, the leasing agent, answered every phone call personally, unlike other companies who are totally automated. This company is horrible!!! I've tried for weeks to get a rental verification for one of their current tenants. How could anyone leasing from this company buy a home, get employment or ever get approved for a lease somewhere else when this company won't respond in a timely manner? I called more times than I could possibly count leaving messages trying to get a call back. Finally reached a live person after two weeks. Was on hold for over an hour, never got through to an actual person. Have called multiple days in a row and never spoke with anyone. Scheduled the self tour 3 *********************** and all of which were a failure. It says they unlocked the front door which is false. Couldnt get in to any of the properties. Also, got denied on a house when we met all the requirements, have 3x the income and have 750+ credit scores. Would not recommend.

I've been with Tricon for 6 1/2 years and she was my leasing agent back then. ******* helped me find the home I'm in and she made sure I was comfortable. Found a rental that looked perfect for us, but wanted to tour the property in person before committing to an application because of the fees. Pictures are nice and all but can be deceiving, so we wanted to view it first. **************** person gave us a code to do a self tour. Went there and code did not work, tried several times.
