I have been living at one of their apartment complexes for 7 months and I will be breaking my lease early because I have had enough. Everything in the apartment breaks with ease, the ** never works and it is Summer in *******. We are paying ridiculous prices for no **, for no one to answer the phone at the front desk, for the front office to close 30 minutes to an hour early, we are paying for amenities that are broken. Emergency maintenence does not exsist here, so if you have an emergency, you are screwed.

Tricon residential Are scammers I paid 360 holding fee and application fees on my list it clearly said I want to move on August 12th because I am moving from another state. So instead of them saying that they can not hold the property did I want to proceed. They approved me with a move in by 8/4 they said thats the policy and I forfeit my money however they have emame 3 times about signing my lease or I loose my money where was this help befor stealing my money..

So far so good movin in was kind of a hassle due to the house I was looking into wasnt ready but the property manager *********************** was very apologetic and got me into something different. How can a company so big list a phone number only to have it go to a busy signal? I have been waiting on a lease commission for over 2 1/2 months. I have never had to chase a company for my portion of my commission. These guys are a bunch of big suites and you get nothing in return but a lack of response.

I am extremely displeased with their dealing of maintenance requests and communication of the resolution of these. Ive had a leak in my sons bedroom due to the **** unit for over a week. The leak fills a large Lowes bucket within hours so I put in an emergency request for maintenance. FOUR DAYS LATER someone finally calls that they are heading my way. 92 degree weather a/c has gone out and no one can give me an update on a technician coming out! I have a 1 year old baby and 73 year old grandmother in the home and no response in 18hours even after calling 4 times! Worse rental company! STAY AWAY! Ive had a broken kitchen sink for over a year with no update on anyone coming out for that either!

We lived here for two years and paid rent on time faithfully. Read reviews about how hard it is to receive the deposit back. Its a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone to after moving out.
