I would leave a negative review if I was able to. They will definitely overcharge you and are slow for any repairs if they even fix it. My dishwasher stopped working and it took them weeks to send someone out and all he did was look at it then say he had to order a part to fix it. I have been waiting for a security deposit since May. I have reached out to 2 supervisors and a representative by phone 2 times and email 3 times, no one will call me back. I will be seeking legal services. I cant comprehend how professionals can ignore emails and voicemails.

Do NOT rent with this company! We moved into a house in March and within the first week we had problems! We couldn't get the water put into our name because Tricon's water permit had expired so we were going back and forth with the city and Tricon (even though they never answer the god forsaken phone!!!!!) for WEEKS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I know it's hard to find an affordable place to rent these days, but if I were looking for a place now I would exhaust all available options (including living in a cardboard box under a bridge) before even considering Tricon Residential. Tricon is the worst company to rent from, please looks else where. We had nothing but trouble, starting the 2nd day we lived in the home when out entire mater bed/bath flooded. We had to sleep in our living room for 2 weeks since they refused to replace the carpet. During our 18 months, we had 3 floods total. Worst experience so far. Paid for a tour in **********, **. Showed up and a lady said she just moved in that day. Property still shows vacant online and by phone. The representative wasnt helpful and wouldnt offer a refund. We drove over one hour to see this location. I understand why they have a two star rating.

This is horrible. Read up on Tricon Residential and saw that they have very bad reviews. Taken into consideration that maybe it was a hit or miss kind of situations.
