I do not recommend renting with this company. They have extremely shady business practices. They require 45 days notice if you intend to vacate the property. I gave notice I would leave the property in 30 days, but I would pay for 45 days, so as to not lose our deposit. As an honest person who values integrity (and my credit), I asked for an itemized **** of what we would be responsible for, so I could ensure I paid in full. Tricon has to be the WORST when it comes to professionalism and communication. Rep *** is RUDE and NASTY, instead of listening to answer the question she jumps to be combative from start. When requesting Mgr she gives every manager over properties VS her actual supervisor. I wanted to believe all reviews I seen was false but now Im here writing one.

Abhorrent treatment. They have no physical office in ****, and when I moved out didn't pay my security deposit back. When they finally did it was MONTHS later and less than a quarter of the deposit. This was under the guise of "damages" but no evidence or list was provided. We are taking them to small claims court for this. Don't bother with these guys. They are shading, they practices are subpar to say the least, and they are too big to be able to be any good.

Trying to get anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. I have called all of the numbers I have access to and you either get voicemail or the automated system informing that the call is being made outside normal business hours. They state their hours are M-F 0500-1800 PST but do not answer the phone at **** on a Monday??0/10 never renting again.

This was the worst company i have ever rented from, Horrible communication i informed them prior to move in that this would be short term until my new house came availble for move in they advised me that it would be two months rent to break my lease once i gave my 30 day notice. I had to pay 1.99$ just to self tour a house.So I did, paid, for email confirmation time and everything g, got an email with my receipt. I go to the house and asks for a selfie to confirm identity. I sent it and I kept receiving a message invalid I called customer number and they were closed!!!!! So that was yesterday (Sunday), I understand they were closed. Cheapest management company ever!! They send out the cheapest workers to fix anything, and every time its not done correctly. It is currently 87 degrees in my house. A tech was here yesterday, spent more time laughing and talking about his wife then fixing my ac. Big surprise, its completely out now, on a Saturday, so no one is answering or helping! And I have kids in the house. All theyre worried about is collecting money from people!!
