We've had multiple beefs processed here. It always turns out wonderful! Good price for processing and they vacuum pack it. They'll pack it however you want!

The butcher used by McKamey West ranch for all personal orders. They did a fine job on my half beef. Next time I will try beef sticks and sausage
I give a 3 star because I have used him before and everything was fine, was actual wonderful. This time for some reason my bacon is no flavor and paper thin. WHO wants paper thin no flavor bacon?? VERY VERY upset with this. not like you can take back and have redo. Why did they not call ask paper thin bacon from last time I got really thick bacon. NO Flavor is another reason I am so upset.
