I love staying in The BLVDS, The staff are so nice and friendly & they always have candy lol I really love staying here because it's so nice and clean with a 24- hour fitness center and a computer lab with Macs and PCs to do all my school work on. I love everything about it. This is my 3rd time renewing here. It's the best place to stay to feel safe and secure.
I moved here after living in a dorm for a year and I was so excited to have my own place and become more independent. Once my parents were in town, they came to tour and were so proud of the place that I found to live. They loved the modern feel and how eager everyone was to help and answer their questions. I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in Tallahassee!
I absolutley love this place. After living in a dorm, I was looking for a clean, quiet place that wasn't too far from campus. I got more than I bargained when I signed with The Boulevard. Not only is the rent more than affordable, but the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The staff is friendly and genuinely concerned with my stay here and I've never had any serious issues that they couldn't fix for me. I've been here for 2 years and my apartment now feels like my home, I'm so glad I settled here. 5/5.
Moving my son, for his first year at, FSU, was a nightmare until I walked into The Boulevard! The nightmare was he had signed a lease with another property, that was disgusting!!! Not only crawling with roached, but so dirty, mold everywhere! They refunded and released him of the lease without question.. Now I have a homeless son, I was a wreck. Compared to my freshman year apartment complex, this is a major upgrade. The apartments are modern and are so affordable compared to other apartment complexes in Tallahassee. The management is awesome! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is always quick to help no matter the issue. Great place to live! Going on my third year and I would recommend to anyone!
