I advise for anybody to not live here. They have poor management and poor staff members. The head managers tend to go back on their words and lie between their teeth. Yes they are nice Aparments to live in,but to have their management not believe and understand your problems are uncalled for. There are also many people that have complain about how they got kick out for the summer and got unnecessary fines! Signed a lease for a pet apartment then a month or so before move in I was told I was not allowed to bring my pet. Management was horrible, roommate matching was poorly did I was basically thrown in apartment with people who had nothing in interest with me. Renovations were very rushed, too many speed bumps, car break ins, broken gate, loud parties it was just an overall horrible experience so glad I did not resign.
This place is perfect for the price. For $500 a month with fast internet, awesome leasing staff and newly renovated apartments it's great!
Helped my sons tremendously on move in. I don't usually write reviews but they where so helpful while moving in I had to mention their professionalism and good service
Ms Carol is cool as hell! She always responds to any issue I had quickly. It was super cool for the last year. If I wasn't moving into a house next year, this would be my first choice
If you want the best quality, but a low price, the Blvd has it! Their apartments offer spacious living AND rent I can afford. I will most definitely be signing here next fall!
The location and apartments are awesome. The clubhouse and fitness center are absolutely beautiful and it's a total plus it is open 24/7. The staff is also very nice and helpful!! I would recommend living here!
Awesome apartments for Tallahassee students! Great atmosphere, lots of parking, a renovated gym, and pool. Stayed there last year in a 4*4 plenty of space for all of us. The maintenance and staff is wonderful! I would recommend anyone to live there.
Great staff, great managment, great maintenance team. I really cant say enough good things about the Blvd, beautiful apartments at an affordable price. The property manager, Ms. Carol is one of the most personable property managers in Tallahassee. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live off campus FSU, TCC and FAMU.
