I've lived here for the past year and also resigned for next year. Overall, I have had a great experience. The apartments are spacious and have a lot of storage space. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The clubhouse and gym is recently renovated. I would recommend living here
These apartments are extremely nice and, well kept, more importantly I don't have to worry about burglaries because they are gated.with 24 hour security and the staff was awesome!

The front desk is polite. But they rushed everything! They basically painted over Seminole Suites and didn't fix a thing but the clubhouse. The gate chooses when it wants to work, things fall apart, always a leakage, car-break ins once a month, and the fines are outrages ($100 for smoking in your apartment). I placed a video on my page of the leakage I had in my apartment for the FOURTH time. No compensation and no relocation.
