Carol Miles is a terrible manager. That will show for itself in due time. She claims its when something is not going the tenants way but when the past two semesters you have had an on-going roommate issue which she chooses to penalize your for based off of false allegations, refuses to transfer them, negotiates BS deals such as moving out within two weeks, fills vacancies instead of transferring said roommate without notifying you, you'd be pretty pissed too.
