My daughter Nicholle Davis was locked out of her room. She called the lockout emergency number and agreed to pay the $25 fee. The maintenance man came and REFUSED to unlock her room door, stating, "he didnt have to" but it is in the actual lease where lockouts are the tenants right. We filed an attorney general complaint, and are contacting top class action lawyers because judging from this facebook wall, there is a class action lawsuit looming.
The boulevard has one of the best managers I have ever had to deal with in Tallahassee. Always does her best to help with issues that cannot be quickly resolved, truely cares about the property
The maintenance staff are angels. I locked myself out of my car and they went above and beyond to help me.
