The Bookstore Speakeasy is your portal to the 1920s. Behind a nondescript black door bearing only the words "The Bookstore," is a lively bar that hosts a jazz band several nights a week. The decor is in keeping with the theme, featuring vintage accents. Creatively mixed drinks are named with just as much imagination (try the Shirley Temple of Doom).

I would just like to thank the Bookstore for being so accommodating to me and my clients on Friday for their Engagement Photography Session! They had their first date at the Bookstore and it held sentimental value. Jamie and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and allowed us to create some beautiful images that Erica and Tyson will cherish for a long time. Excellent service that goes above and beyond!
Business response:

Business response:
I'm sorry that you left feeling that way. We wish we could fit everyone who wants to dine with us on weekends but we're a tiny little space. We'd love to have you anytime. Cheers!
Fun place with great food, they went out of their way to honor coupons. Really appreciate the extra effort to make our work celebration special. Thank you!
The ambiance is incredible. At first I thought it was way too dark but as you sit back and look all around you at the lights it is amazing. This is my second time here and both times the waitresses have been a little stuffy. Not very engaging but the hostess was very sweet. Food........delish. I have learned not to look at menu online from the first time when I thought I knew what I wanted and I got there and the choices were completely different. Next time I have to order a cocktail. Just having water seems to be frowned up... read more
