Verified Renter I really like it here. Wish parking was a little more organized but other than that pretty good experience . Rent has increased but not by much.
Verified Renter It was very easy to move in. April made it very quick and easy to pick up keys and explain building access. Apartment is nice and spacious (I have enough room for my office and to add a daybed). Spectrum service is very good out here also! 10/10 Would recommend
Verified Renter Move in was easy but I must confess that I expected the apartment would be in better conditions, it was a bit dirty and with a few things to be done. But maintenance is super super fast and respectful. We tried to use the jacuzzi but it wasn’t working and only one treadmill works at the gym :( Besides that, neighbors we met are nice and welcoming and it has been a good experience so far.
Verified Renter I upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment with the fountain view. Love it even more!!! I love the office staff as well as the maintenance crew who are so quick to fix whatever I need.
Verified Renter Love this community, and all that it offers… pool, reck area/clubhouse, also place to workout, or spin class. Love that it has elevators, so that if you live on the top floor it’s not such a hall to bring up groceries or if you have a child or a pup, it’s easy to take down to the park or take the pup to go potty. So far loving it.
Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood, they are pretty fast with maintenance requests. Parking is ok. Shopping center is within walking distance. Overall good experience.
Verified Renter Staff is terrible. They are no help I have called several times about issues and they do not answer. Not to mention a maintenance worker just opened our apartment doo the other day after just knocking twice. Thank goodness I wasn’t showering while the maintenance staff let themselves into our apartment. We will not be staying here again we can’t wait to leave in April. Not worth the money.

Verified Renter The people are always very nice. I love having elevators to go up to the apartments, it's really convenient. It's very nice to be able to walk around the buildings and the sidewalks are always clean. There are many green areas and I like how they are always taken care of correctly. One thing that could be improved inside the buildings is constantly cleaning the elevators and floors.
