Horrible Prior to the new management company buying the property, it was a nice place to live, Grounds were well kept, maintenance was quick to respond, and Glenita (manager at the time) was awesome! Since early last year when it was bought, it has become a dump, no other way to put it. Callie (current manager) is useless, horrible customer service skills. I don't even know how she holds this position. Just look elsewhere, plain and simple. You'll regret it if you don't.

Terrible terrible terrible My husband and I lived here back when it was just the Avenues, and we had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and always helpful, buildings and amenities were clean. Someone would always answer the phone when we would call the main office and attend to our requests. Then Century took over, beginning of 2020 and everything changed. We had disturbing neighbors (constantly fighting), disgusting carpets, absolutely no cleaning, amenities only open during certain hours of the day when we were at work, ... read more

Terrible Staff my husband and I lived here back when it was just the Avenues, and we had a pretty good experience. Staff was friendly and always helpful, buildings and amenities were sparkling clean. Sure, the apartments weren’t the quietest, but unfortunately that’s the burden that comes with renting. Then Century took over. Our unit was one of a few that still had the construction carpet, so when they saw that my cats tore up an inch of the carpet in a corner behind the door, the decided to rip out all of the carpet in the... read more

Best of Lakeland Amy, assistant manager is amazing and great to deal with. Any issues are handled quickly and professionally. These apartments are by far the best value with size and amenities compared to others. Love this place!
Never answer the phone Staff NEVER answers the phone or return voicemail. Very frustrating to deal with!!
Amazing Staff! I went in last Friday to tour an apartment, and was blown away with the staff and atmosphere. The apartments are beautiful, and I love that they are brand new! The pool area was amazing as well. The staff was quick to answer any question I had, and had no problem taking me on a tour even without an appointment. Terry, Jenna, Glenita and Corrie helped tons and sold me on The Avenue! Beautiful luxury apartments for an affordable price!
