lies Paying for garbage on top of your rent is stupid, they got rid of the recycling bins so if you live in building 3 you have to walk alllll the way to the dumpster, don’t ever live on the 1st floor, it’s not fun
Horrible !!! I’ve been living here two years and management here SUCK !!!!!!! To get any answers , you literally have to walk into the office yourself to get whatever you need resolved & even then it take them weekssssss!!!!
Do not rent Very poor Management. Apartments are dirty, elevators do not work. AC units do not work.
Perfect for me Everybody is welcoming. Helpful and took the time for any questions. The office staff are super nice. The property is amazing. The dog park is pretty cool.
Perception When I moved in and was in the lobby I had the “pleasure” of bumping into someone who was moving out who had quite a lot to say all being negative about CA. I am sure we are all aware there are some individuals that are never happy. My experience here at CA apartments has been great. My neighbors have kids and I occasionally hear them which is normal, one we live in an apartment community and two kids need to be kids and play. They are not overly loud by any means.
