Verified Renter Nice and quiet place to live. We have enjoyed living here. Love the dog park where you can take your animals to play. The pool is quite large. Only thing is would like the hot tub to get fixed so it gets hot when you turn it on. Also the fire pit area has t worked since moving in. Would be nice to get to enjoy that.
Verified Renter Century Avenue is overall a super great and quiet community to live at. Everyone I encounter is super friendly except for the person who stole a chair off my patio. The hot tub should stay hot all year round and there is lots of maintenance occurring on days that I know lots of neighbors would love to use our community amenities! Verified Renter Sometimes I would recommend, other times I wouldn't. Especially when I walk outside and step in dog poop constantly. That is getting old because a bunch of the newer neighbors just allow their dogs to poop anywhere and DO NOT pick it up. I would recommend DNA testing because I'm not the only one that is sick of these lazy people.
