Verified Renter I love that it's quite, not far from the hwy, the view from my balcony, and the office staff are pretty nice. It's also pretty Kool that is not far from a lot of restaurants and grocery stores .

Best Apartment Complex in Lakeland!!! The staff is so friendly and ready to help, maintenance staff is amazing, and they have perks for residents. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Verified Renter The apartments are lovely. We have been living here for two years. Things have improved at the complex significantly more recently. Elizabel has been wonderful to work with. Very caring, genuine, and attentive. The only things I would like changed are the trash/dumpster pickup schedule and cracking down on the owners who leave dog poop everywhere. Verified Renter The maintenance crew is great, We had a sprinkler burst in front of our sliding door, creating a pretty hefty hole and it’s already fixed! My car hood was up the other day and one of the maintence guys offered assistance 10/10
Verified Renter The best place to live. I highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and knows how to quickly provide solutions to any maintenance order. The view of the lake at night is incredible. The pool area is very inviting and makes summer so much better. The location is perfect for accessing Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens and fast food supermarkets, among others.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It is really quiet. The pool is amazing. Any maintenance issues are taken care of very quickly. My only recommendation is another recycle dumpster is needed. The one we have gets full so quickly.
