Verified Renter Nice place to live. Only complaint is the super cheap appliances for the amount of rent we pay. Employees are all super friendly! Always quick on work orders.
Verified Renter Love it here! Everyone is very nice. I’ve put in 3 maintenance request and they’ve all been handled the same day! They are always working on the grounds or the buildings..so the place is very clean and kept up.
Verified Renter The maintenance staff and the mailman make this place better than it already is. I love how dog friendly it is too. Ready for summer to make some use of the pool. And I love how the weight room and yoga room are rarely busy so I can workout alone 10/10

People are friendly and would recommend wholeheartedly!!!! Property manager, (April) and her office staff are sincerely caring and care about their tenants!!!

Verified Renter I have been leaving in Century Avenues since last May and all I can say is I am really enjoying it. It's clean, and I don't have any complains until now. Neighbors are respectful and staff is awesome.
