Amazing changes I have been a resident since this was The Arbors, and I must say not only does it look better, but it feels better! The maintenance man Mike came today and fixed all of my smoke detectors, and I always see him running around working. This keeps my mind at ease knowing maintenance is doing their job correctly!

Maintenance is on POINT Today I had a young gentleman who said he was a maintenance technician come fix my smoke detector and front door. He ensured me that me and my family would be safe, and he finished the jobs in a timely fashion! Can’t beat that, if all the maintenance team is like Mike, I know I am in good hands

The maintenance supervisor is Great!! I’ve notified for some time now that since Bert from maintenance has became supervisor things have really been getting done.The place is looking better and staying clean. Maintenance Always pleasant and responsive I had to call maintenance for an issue in my apartment and I was a little frustrated. When Aaron came he was both attentive to the issue and very pleasant while correcting the issue.

Exterminator (Charles Barnes) Filled In weekly pest control service at the property and was impressed by Charles! Very respectful to all the tenants and helpful! He went over and beyond to make sure all problems were solved and took so much pride in his work ! An amazing worker which is rare to find in this business!
