Great maintenance Troy and Mike gave me a new refrigerator the SAME DAY I put in my work order. Very grateful for them and the maintenance staff!

Maintenance Team Great Maintenance Team! Omar and Troy did a great job in my unit fixing things that needed to be fixed getting everything done in a fast sufficient manner.

Responsive Maintenance Workers We submitted a request for multiple things to get fixed throughout the apartment. Troy and Mike were efficient, polite, respectful that I was working from home, and quickly fixed the issues we had. I'd consider them to be a great asset to Woods Edge. We appreciate their quick response and efficiency.

Thank you troy Thank you Troy ! The staff is amazing! I reached out with a leak in my bathroom and maintenance was quick to respond and had troy here within the hour. And fixed the problem . staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

After living in a home for 30 years and moving into an apartment it is a big change and challenge in my life but with her help I am feeling at home. Very impressive Normal wear and tear of everyday life happens, sometimes rather irritating however Karen and maintenance crew addressed the issues In a very clean, timely and professional manner!
