Mice, Roaches & more… DO NOT MOVE HERE Boyfriend moved here in June 2020 and has been making maintenance complaints every month complaining of roaches, mice, and mildew smells. Management doesn’t respond to calls, maintenance is low staffed so they pretend to complete work that isn’t completed. When they do finally have pest control come they give you no notice and you have to keep harassing them to bring extermination every week, if not they will not show up. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Great maintenance Troy and Mike gave me a new refrigerator the SAME DAY I put in my work order. Very grateful for them and the maintenance staff!

Responsive Maintenance Workers We submitted a request for multiple things to get fixed throughout the apartment. Troy and Mike were efficient, polite, respectful that I was working from home, and quickly fixed the issues we had. I'd consider them to be a great asset to Woods Edge. We appreciate their quick response and efficiency.

Thank you troy Thank you Troy ! The staff is amazing! I reached out with a leak in my bathroom and maintenance was quick to respond and had troy here within the hour. And fixed the problem . staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
