Slow Improvement This complex has it's issues the improvements are coming along slowly. However, I can say the maintenance team has been one of the greatest reasons to live at this property. They are all hard working but especially Bert! He has fixed so many issues in my apartment from leaks, temperature control issues, appliances breaking. He goes above and beyond to try to correct every problem in this building and that is difficult being that there are so many tenants. Excellent Management Staff Woods Edge is such a lovely community. I am very impressed with the compassion and effort Karen brings forth along with the quick response time of the maintenance staff. Immaculate work and best of all, they clean up after themselves. Thank you so much for making this community as lovely as it is.

Do NOT be fooled Packages always stolen, ridiculous cockroach infestations, they shut the water off daily, washer/dryer setup is disgusting, car tires were stolen. I could go ON if it weren’t for the character limit

Maintenance team The new Maintenance Team is great! Omar and Burt did a great job in my unit fixing the heater. They both, not only did the maintenance work but also clean up the mess after the work. Omar also does the follow-up every time they fix something in the unit.

Redisdent Had an emergency leak in my bathroom Omar an Henry did an amazing job fixing my bathroom. They really communicated with me an went above an beyond. Also worked late to make sure I was able to shower.

Mice, Roaches & more… DO NOT MOVE HERE Boyfriend moved here in June 2020 and has been making maintenance complaints every month complaining of roaches, mice, and mildew smells. Management doesn’t respond to calls, maintenance is low staffed so they pretend to complete work that isn’t completed. When they do finally have pest control come they give you no notice and you have to keep harassing them to bring extermination every week, if not they will not show up. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
