Very impressive Normal wear and tear of everyday life happens, sometimes rather irritating however Karen and maintenance crew addressed the issues In a very clean, timely and professional manner!

PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICES Troy and Omar came in immediately to come fix a leak we had in our sink! They checked it out, left to get what we needed and were back within the hour. Or sink was working perfectly after. So far we’ve been here a month and they’ve responded the more urgently than even our property manager has.

0/10 would not recommend Unless you want to live in an apartment with leaks, bugs, and maintenance who never answers/responds I would not recommend moving into this apartment. Oh and smelly hallways
Troy is my hero today I've been here 8 months and it's been good. Then I met maintenance man Troy and things are GREAT! I had a few minor issues I didn't want to bother anyone about, but Troy insisted he fix it all and fix it he did. Pleasant conversation and everything is perfect. They're really doing a beautiful job with renovations.

I love this place! The maintenance man Mike came today and put new smoke detectors in. I didn’t even know I needed new ones! Not only did he replace the old ones but he cleaned up the floor before he left. Great service.
