Better then 2.0 rating listed I was hesitant at first because of the 2.0 rating listed. But was told by a friend that they were under new management. Went to review apartments and was pleasantly surprised. The building was clean even though they were in the process of renovating. There was a on-site maintenance man on duty-Charles, who I ran into, who was cleaning the elevator, that I sparked up a conversation with, and was informed that there will be many upgrades to the lobby. On point maintenance My dishwasher was giving me trouble so I called maintenance. The gentleman came out (Raul was his name) and quickly took care of the issue. He was friendly and made sure to clean up when he was finished. Great job!

Amazing Maintenance!!!!!!!!!!!! Had an issue in my apartment and the maintenance technician named Bert came and took care of it explained what was the problem what signs to look for he was very courteous and professional well mannered wore his mask kept his distance amazing job thanks Bert Let’s Go EAGLES!!!!

Love my new apartment I recently moved into a larger place and I love it. My favorite thing by far is the new kitchen. It has everything I could ask for! The management staff (Karen) has stayed in touch to make sure I'm happy with the new place. And Bert the maintenance worker has resolved minor issues swiftly. I'm very happy with my new apartment and grateful for the courtesy and professionalism the staff has shown me!

Very professional! Nice apartments and professional staff. The new renovations were even more nice then we had anticipated! Leasing department was very professional. Mrs. Lang answered all of my questions a few days ago and was very helpful in giving us the information we needed. Would be our second time living in Woods Edge. (Should have never moved out the first time lol) Hoping to move back in soon!

Location...Location..Location!!! After searching for an apartment over 2 months I finally called wood's edge apartment complex and the leasing agent,Dana,took me through the Application process and gave me a tour of the property... i really love the location, its close to the all, eateries and many other services which make life convenient.
