terrible As I look through these pictures I realize that this is the arbors. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I used to live here last year and it was a horrible experience. Exterminator never comes, maintenance takes months to fix something if they actually care enough to even show up. My apartment was in the d building 7th floor. People were always pulling the fire alarms, the security doors are forever broke and half the time the glass was out the door like someone took it out. Under new ownership still a bad place to live unless your desperate Hello, I have lived at the arbors for over 8 + years since 2012 and the place has gotten worst every year. Management staff and maintenance crew do the bare minimum. It's terribly difficult to get repairs completed here. The new owners are remodeling vacant apartments and installing security cameras but the ceiling on the 8th floor D building leaks after heavy rain and has patches peeling off. Terrible staff Called them just to get information on a one bedroom apartment and the lady was beyond rude and rush me off the phone if that’s how yall treat potential tenants you guys needs to clean house and hire new people .
Horrible Maintenance never makes repairs. Rodents. Fire Alarms go off b/c of kids. Water leaks. Don’t move here
Affordable Apartments I just Think it's Wrong to Raise The Tenants' Rent Once Every Year in February Due to The Management Takes Too Many Days Off Everything Gets Pushed Back as Far as Where Maintenance Goes. Plus I Wouldn't Even Move a Dying Relative Here...
