New Management, Very impressed The buildings are under construction but the insides look great. The building was clean and bright. There was a maintenance man on site, named Charles who kept the building very clean. great job! I would definitely recommend this place. The hallway smelled fresh and once I looked over the apartment, I was very impressed. I reviewed this building years ago but was not! This is a vast Improvement

Getting better Hello I have lived here for 10 years and have seen changes in the new ownership. There have been a lot of repairs to the buildings that appear to be on going. The maintenance staff and management office have been exceptionally prompt and helpful. This place appears to be on a good trajectory. I recently moved into a larger apartment and the maintenance worker Bert has been very helpful in making my move pleasant by resolving minor issues quickly. Clean building Property under new management and it shows. Even while major renovations are ongoing I was impressed by the cleanliness of the building I viewed and the professionalism of a maintenance staff member name Charles. He was patient and courteous while answering my questions when he was clearly very busey.

Great service I am pleased to say that I had a wonderful experience dealing with an issue i was having in my apartment. Unfortunately I had a leak in my bathroom, but they sent a new maintenance man to check it out. He was friendly and very professional. He found the problem and quickly made all the repairs. He cleaned up his work area when he was finished and everything went very smoothly. It seems that they have new management which I am very pleased with. Thanks Raul!!

Nonsensical Noise/Music-Management does not care/Strong smoking smell I moved into an apt unit on August 31, 2020, and after sometime, I started to hear LOUD music, even early in the morning and late night, close to midnight. I am not able to hear the news on TV. I emailed and called the management a few times. The first time I did contact the management, they told me that it was a contractor. 10/10 Been going here for a while to visit my friend, the new renovations are looking good & she had a leak we thought wouldn’t get fixed but Mike was nice & fixed it right away for her.

New owners great maintenance! After living here for a few years I’ve definitely noticed a change! Since the new owners they been doing a great job with trying to keep the parking lot clean and free of debris also I noticed the quality of air in the building has improved smells much cleaner.After speaking to Bert one of the maintenance workers here, he was explaining of all the changes that had been happening and what’s soon to come.Not too mention he’s extremely helpful! I can’t wait to see more changes I’m excited!

Great upgrades and service The new management is great! I love the upgrades. The maintenance crew is also great! They are fast and reliable. The maintenance tech supervisor has a great attitude and really knows what he’s doing. One day I saw him in passing and told him about a problem I was having and he had someone out the same day to fix the issue. Great customer service.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Yes they are fixing up the apartments that have no one living in them. But the ones that are occupied are disgusting. I lived here for 4 months and moved back in with my mom. There’s mice, roaches, water bugs, ALL THE TIME. My dishwasher was broken for 2 months before I moved out. So every day there was stagnant water sitting in my dishwasher and gave off the worst smell. Maintenance walks around smoking and talking and doing absolutely no work. Exterminators come and do nothing
