On time, friendly, professional repairman (Ruben) who really knew his stuff! He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and was very honest about what was going on with my 20 year old double oven. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. And he spoke very highly of his company, the owners & his fellow technicians. In the future, when any problem I have with any appliance arises, I will definitely call The Appliance Doctor again.

This company has serviced our refrigerator 4 times. After the first 2 visits, they said they would send out their best technician. We have been without a refrigerator for a month. After the last repair, working through our home protection plan, they closed the ticket and stated we had to call to request new service because they had completed ticket even though the refrigerator is still not working. Do not use this company.
