Really unhappy with This company come to tell me about the ice maker was not the problem it was the water valve why he didn’t told me the first time before he repair the ice maker part . Also he said you Samsung is crap next time buy a GE or Whirlpool what a scammer not even 7 minutes and he said another problem his name is Richard now the Manager support his knowledge wrong and bad service
They said the problem was electrical. Then I called electrician who said it was the dryer. At that point I decided I had wasted enough money and bought a new dryer. Total waste of money. Next time something breaks down I'll just replace it.
I love this business....fair , honest, available, on time, knowledgeable and quick. The owner is outstanding and runs a good company with ethics. I used the repair side and the installation side and both were awesome
Wow we are so pleased. Kori our technician came out and was knowledgeable and very polite. He explained everything to my husband. He replaced the T-stat in no time and the freezer is working again. Very prompt and was able to diagnose my applicance issue immediately. He came back a few days after he ordered the parts and then fixed it in less time than he anticipated therefore reducing the cost of labor. Would recommend!!
