DO NOT USE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT use!!! Charged me a lot of money and were WRONG. My husband ended up fixing it. It was a baby sock clogged in the drain and they charged me over $300 dollars! I refused to pay and they sent my to a collection agency!!
The Appliance Doctor We've had to call these people out several times to help us with the maintenace of our refrigerator. They come promptly and always fix the problem, but the cost is very steep.
Dissatisfied with cost & service Week before Thanksgiving I had an issue with my combo oven/microwave. Repairman arrived and determined that a part needed to be replaced. Provided me with a written price for the part of $27.36 after he spent time talking with his office regarding the availability of the part. I was charged $87.95 for the first visit. Very Dissatified The first time that I called them I thought that I was very happy with their service. But, when I had to call them 8 months later for the same thing, It was very dissappointing especially when I had to pay for 2 house calls which were $87.95 each. DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE,Came to fix washer,that was working,but making loud noise while spinning.Service man turned on washer,turn off waher,told me he had to order R.P.S.switch $311.00 would be back on Thursday.After left I called Sears,they came next day ,fixed washer for $218.00 that included a year warranty up to $500.00 to replace washer.All the washer needed was NEW SHOCK KIT,NOTa R.P.S.Switch.Called the office manger said he would return my $87.95 instead he cashed my check.
Locally Owned and Operated Appliance Doctor is always the first company I call when something goes wrong with a major appliance. They have come out to fix the washer, the dryer, and the dishwasher. I think they've also been out twice to fix our fridge. It's easy to lose track as appliances age. We've always been satisfied with the work, the speed of response, and the prices. They service all major appliance brands. PROS: excellent service, quality work, good prices CONS:

Made me wait four weeks with no updates only to tell me they had no idea when the part would be in. I then told them I could order the part from a dozen places on line and have within a week for $100 less than they were charging me. Had to cancel my order and they charged me $92 for a diagnostic fee..so I got $8 back...horrible service and the overcharged me for the part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Did I mention delightful? I am sorry our refrigerator will have to break down in order to see him again. He truly is special and brought joy to our day. Thank you Xavier!
