We called them and they were at our house within 24 hours. Steve fixed our fridge within 20 minutes. Reasonably priced. These guys were efficient, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them over and over again. A resounding to thumbs up. Mark from Marietta
I would just like to let everyone know what a good job The Appliance Doctor does. I have a 35 year old washer and they keep it running like it’s new. Today they came out and did not find anything and they did not even charge a trip charge. Thanks 😊

Hey everyone - just want to recommend The Appliance Doctor for any appliance needs. They fixed my parents' refrigerator and washing machine (and didn't even laugh when it turned out that we had it on the wrong setting...) and have had excellent communication and excellent service. They came this morning wearing a mask, gloves, booties, etc. and thoroughly cleaned everything they touched. I worked with Devon on my refrigerator and dishwasher that both had issues after only 2 years! Devon was courteous and professional showing up on time and quickly identifying the issues. I needed a second appointment to complete the repairs and ran into some issues dealing directly with Jenn Air. The appliance doctor staff jumped in and worked with Jenn Air on my behalf. It’s rare to find a Company with such positive and responsive employees. Highly recommend them!
Roman was really great. He was at my house less than an hour after I called for service, and he called to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. He fixed my gas stove and saved me from having to buy a new one. I will definitely call him again if I need any other appliance repairs (which hopefully won't be too soon!)
