From the moment I called and spoke with one of the agents (Dee), I received a warm welcoming and a major concern for my applicance issue as if it was their issue. The next day I went in to purchase my part, the atmosphere was amazing yet professional. EVERYONE was extremely nice and friendly to my son & myself.
